Ingredients
White Rice Flour, Non-hydrogenated Palm fruit or Canola Shortening, Whole Egg, Tapioca Starch, Water, Corn Starch, Potato Starch, Defatted Soy Flour, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Cellulose Gum, Guar Gum

Preparation Instructions
Baked pie shell Remove pie shell from freezer and thaw for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Prick thawed shell on the bottom and sides with a fork. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow shell to cool before adding your favourite prepared filling Single crust pie Remove pie shell from freezer and thaw for 15 minutes. Prick thawed shell on the bottom and sides with a fork. Preheat oven according to your recipe Place filling in thawed shell and bake according to your recipe. Double crust pie
